Article 5 — Order Conclusion

When you place an order and complete payment on the mosiajewelry website, the order is confirmed once we have accepted it.

We will send you a shipping confirmation email after dispatch. If a product is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer an alternative or a refund. Please provide a correct email address so that we can reach you.

Payment is generally required at checkout. If a different payment arrangement is agreed, payment should be completed within 7 working days.

The risk of damage or loss of the goods generally remains with us until the parcel is confirmed as delivered. Once the logistics provider marks the parcel as delivered, the risk shall pass to the buyer.
